5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts or from the same device may result in all accounts being terminated.
• Specific games or bet types may apply when fulfilling the wagering requirement with bonus funds.
• 522bet reserves the right to change, limit, or withdraw bonus terms at any time.
• If a user abuses bonus benefits, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.3 VIP Program

522bet runs a VIP program for regular players with five tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier upgrades are based on a player's activity and participation. 522bet reserves the right to change the benefits and conditions of each tier.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting and playing games on 522bet:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect markets or incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 522bet reserves the right to void or correct that bet.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of a match or event, the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body shall be considered final.
• A maximum bet limit may be set for a single user on a specific event or game.
• Suspicious betting patterns are monitored, and in such cases a bet may be voided or an account may be investigated.

6.1 Live Betting

During live betting (In-Play), odds change rapidly. If a connection is lost or there is a delay before a bet is fully accepted, 522bet reserves the right not to accept that bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 522bet platform:

• Money laundering: Using funds from illegal sources on the platform is strictly prohibited. Such suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Match fixing or manipulation: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event or colluding with persons involved in an event is prohibited.

522bet may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• No account activity for an extended period (inactive account).
